Door Fan Test气密性测试检测方案
1. DOOR FAN TEST SYSTEM
Door Fan Test system for gas protection zone mainly tests the door fan of the whole building (building envelope) and detects the air leakage of outer doors, outer windows and any part of the building. The main relevant standard it is carrying includes NFPA 2001 Annex A(Explanatory Material) and C(Enclosure Integrity Procedure), FM 4-9, CIBSE TM23, NEN2686 and GB etc. The parameters for door fan test of protection zone include:
气体防护区气密性测试系统,主要检验建筑物(建筑围护结构)整体气密性以及外门窗或任意局部面积的空气泄漏检测,现执行的主要是NFPA 附录A和C、FM4-9、CIBSE TM23、NEN 2686等相关标准。气体防护区气密性测试有以下几个参数:
l Testing air leakage volume (m3/h).
检验气体防护区的空气泄透量(m3/h)。
l Estimating natural leakage rate (aeration frequency 1/h).
估算气体防护区的自然泄透率(换气次数1/h)。
l Metering and testing the using effect of structural seal of the building and finding the leakage point with thermal imager and special chemical gas.
测量和检验气体防护区建筑结构密封的使用效果,配合热像仪及特殊化学气体寻找泄漏点。
l Assessing and classifying the door fan of the windows on-site according to the standars.
依据标准现场评价窗户的气密性和分级。
l Checking and calculating the effectiveness of the gas fire extinguishing system.
验算气体灭火系统实际灭火的有效性。
2. WORKING THEORY
工作原理
The system has a high output blower (fan) mounted in the airtight door which is used to make a pressure deference between outside and inside of the building by increasing or decreasing the pressure. Such pressure deference makes air flowing in the envelope of the building. The system meters the door fan of the whole building envelope by metering the pressure changing volume made by the blower.
本系统包括一个大功率的鼓鼓风机(风扇)安装在密封门上。通过鼓鼓风机对房屋迚行加压和减压使房屋内外有一个压力差。这个压力差可以使空气在房屋的外围结构之间流动,通过测量鼓鼓风机对室内压力的改变量,系统可以测量整个房屋围护结构的气密性。
A typical building door fan test includes a series of tests under different pressures from 60 Pa to 10 Pa and gets a series of data for the changes during the air pressure changing from high to low.
一个典型的建筑物气密性测试包括从60帕斯卡到10帕斯卡之间的一系列的不同压力的测试。测出当气压从高到低的变化时的一系列数据。
The system can make air through the small wholes connecting to the outside and make it easy to find the leakage point with special chemical gas and tools such as thermal mapper. The door fan test is also used to check if the building needs ventilation structure.
本系统可以使气体迚入所有不外界相通的小孔中,这使得我们可以借助于特殊的化学气体、红外线热成像仪等工具轻易的找到泄漏点。气密性检测还可以用来确定房屋是否需要通风结构等。
3. DOOR FAN TEST SOLUTION AND PROCEDURE
检测方案及步骤
3.1 PREPARATION
测试前准备
l Ensure all works completed including internal and external decoration, wiring, ventilation, fire fighting and central air condition.
确认房屋内装修和管线、通风、消防、中央空调、全部完工。
l Ensure external and underfloor trunkings are sealed by fire-proof mud.
确认通往房屋外的走线槽、地下线槽用防火泥封堵。
l Ensure all doors and windows are closed.
确认关闭所有门窗。
l Ensure all vents and air conditions are switched off and all vent ducts are disconnected to the external or they will be the main cause for leakage.
确认关闭所有通风和空调,通风管道要能房屋外断开,否则就会是主要泄漏因素。
l Ensure the building is in normal state without cover for leakage point.
确认房屋保持平常使用的状态,不要用临时物体遮挡泄漏点。
l Dismount door opener for testing door before the detection.
在检测之前客户要拆除测试门的开门器。
l No personnel is allowed to enter the testing room during the detection.
测试中禁止人员出入被测房间。
l Prepare power supply of 220V at the testing door.
要准备220V电源在测试门。
l Switch off the ventilation system outside the testing room.
测试时要关闭被测房屋门外的通风系统。
l The door fan report is only available for the actual environment of the on-site detection
气密性检测报告只对当时现场检测的实际环境负责。
3.2 ATTENTION
注意事项
l Ensure the building is sealed when start the detection.
进行检测时,必须保证建筑物在密封条件下。
l Ensure the airtight door is assembled firmly and contact to the doorframe tightly.
密封门应保证安装牢固,并与被测门框紧密接触。
l The joint between the blower and the hole in nylon surface should be tight to guarantee the tightness.
鼓鼓风机应与尼龙面缺口紧密接合,保证密封性能。
lThe blower should be hang on the beam of the airtight door frame to guarantee its weight is all loaded by the beam and it is over the floor.
鼓鼓风机必须挂在密封门门框横梁上,保证鼓鼓
风机的所有重量在横梁上,并离地。
l Discount volume of the big volume object or structure and add the volume of the supported floor or hang ceiling in the room appropriately when metering the volume of the room.
房间体积测量时,对于房间内体积较大的物体或结构要作适当扣除,同时注意加上架空地板 或天花吊顶部分的体积。
l No personnel is allowed to get close to the blower and pressure meter.
检测进行时,严禁人员靠近鼓鼓风机和压力表。
l No sundries are allowed near the blowing door system.
鼓鼓风机不得反转进行检测。
l Detection with blower inverse turning is not allowed.
鼓风门系统附近严禁放有其他杂物。
3.3 SCHEDULE
进度计划
The project referred to Door Fan Test services, contains up to two times. Responsible for identifying the presence of leakage points for the first time. Seal the deal for the second time after re-examination and in the case of not detect the leak issue the related Door Fan Test report.
本方案所指气密性测试服务,共包含至多二次。第一次如检测不通过,可负责找出存在的泄漏点,第二次为进行密封处理后进行复检并出具相关检测报告。
The progress of the schedule please check the figure as below, It may vary according to the actual situation.
本方案拟定测试进度计划详见下图,具体以实际现场情况为准。
3.4 DEPRESSURIZATION TEST
负压检测
Depressurization test is a detecting method which makes a pressure deference by exhausting air in the room with a blower. Such method is used to make overall door fan detection in normal circumstance as the inside of the room is less affected by outside.
负压检测是指通过鼓鼓风机朝房间外鼓风,使得房间内压力下降,从而使房间内外产生压力差的一种检测方法。由于房间内受外界干扰较小,一般情况下均采用负压进行整体气密性检测。

正压检测
Pressurization test is a detecting method which makes a pressure deference by suction air into the room with a blower. Such method is not used as it requires a stable environment outside the room, unless the room is too small to carry out the detection operation.
正压检测是指通过鼓鼓风机朝房间内鼓风,使得房间内压力上升,从而使房间内外产生压力差的一种检测方法。正压检测时要求房间外环境特别稳定,因此,一般不予采用。只有当房间内空间狭小无法进行检测操作时,才采用正压进行整体气密性检测。

3.5 PRESSURIZATION TEST FOR CLEAN ROOM
洁净室测试
Clean room for door fan test, when the conditions permit, the negative pressure clean room should use positive pressure test, positive pressure clean room should use the negative pressure test.
洁净室进行气密性测试时,当条件允许时,负压洁净室宜选用正压方式检验,正压洁净室宜选用采用负压检验。
The clean room door fan test usually sets the positive or negative pressure setting of the clean room to the normal operating pressure of the clean room and monitors the clean room pressure during the test
洁净室气密性测试时通常将洁净室的测试正压或负压设置比洁净室正常运行压力高,并在测试期间监测洁净室压力。
1) Control the clean room temperaturein the design range, and to maintain stability, record the test process temperature changes.
先将所测洁净室温度控制在设计范围内,并保持稳定,记录测试过程中温度的变化。
2) Close the door of the clean room protection area, transfer window, etc., when the positive pressure test closed air duct (or exhaust pipe) on the airtight valve, negative pressure test closed air duct on the airtight valve.
关闭所测洁净室保护区的门、传递窗等,正压检验时关闭回风管(或排风管)上的气密阀门,负压检验时关闭送风管上的气密阀门。
3) When the positive pressure test, open the blower, so that the indoor pressure rose to the agreed test pressure, stable stop after the air, turn off the air valve, negative pressure test, open the exhaust, the indoor negative pressure rose to the agreed test pressure , Stable after the exhaust, stop the exhaust valve.
正压检验时,开启鼓风机,使室内压力上升至已商定的测试压力,稳定后停止送风,关闭送风阀门,负压检验时,开启排风,使室内负压上升至已商定的测试压力,稳定后停止排风,关闭排风阀门。
4) Slowly open the air valve after the end of the test, so that the room pressure back to normal.
测试结束后慢慢打开风阀,使房间压力恢复到正常状态。
